D) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE, THEIR FAMILIES/CARERS, PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES, AND CAPABILITIES.
