THE CIO WILL EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF EXTREME POVERTY AND EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS TO THESE ISSUES; AND RAISE FUNDS FROM THE PUBLIC TO MAKE GRANTS TO HIGHLY EFFECTIVE CHARITIES WORKING TO END EXTREME POVERTY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES.
