(B) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS, OR SERVICES. IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTIVES BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF: (I) A LEARNING RESOURCE CENTRE TO TRAIN TEACHERS, INCENTIVISE THEM TO TEACH IN REMOTE VILLAGES, AND PROVIDE FOOD AND LEARNING MATERIALS TO CHILDREN FROM POOR AND DEPRIVED BACKGROUNDS. (II) A HEALTH AND WELLBEING CENTRE OPEN DURING THE DAY TO PROVIDE FOOD AND SHELTER TO PEOPLE IN NEED.
