THIS INCLUDES PROVISION OF A RESOURCE CENTRE THAT INCLUDES ACCOMMODATION, FURNITIVE INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF RESIDENTS AND PATIENTS AND FACILITIES FOR REHABILITATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
