OBJECTS3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:3.1.1 TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE INTEREST IN AND FOSTER AN APPRECIATION OF ENGLISH CHAMBER MUSIC AND CLASSICAL MUSIC BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY; AND/OR3.1.2 TO ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER AN APPRECIATION OF MUSIC AND CREATE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG PERSONS AND CHILDREN TO ENGAGE WITH AND BE PART OF THE WORK OF THE ENGLISH CHAMBER ORCHESTRA; AND/OR 3.1.3 TO ENHANCE THE STANDARD OF MUSIC EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, SPECIFICALLY IN SCHOOLS, PLACES OF LEARNING AND COMMUNITY GROUPS AND IN PURSUANCE THEREOF TO ARRANGE AND PRESENT CONCERTS, MUSIC EDUCATION PROJECTS AND WIDER MATERIALS (INCLUDING RECORDINGS IN ALL SOUND AND VIDEO MEDIA); AND/OR3.1.4 TO INTRODUCE A WIDER ORCHESTRAL AND CHAMBER MUSIC REPERTOIRE TO THE PUBLIC, WITH A SPECIFIC FOCUS ON CELEBRATING BRITISH/ENGLISH ORCHESTRAL MUSIC AND ITS CONNECTION TO MUSIC FROM OTHER CULTURES AS PART OF OUR ROLE AS GLOBAL AMBASSADORS FOR BRITISH ARTS AND CULTURE; AND/OR3.1.5 TO PROMOTE, ASSIST AND ENCOURAGE THE AWARENESS OF THE BENEFICIAL VALUE TO SOCIETY OF THE ARTS AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC.
