DELIVERING TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS AND EVENTS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES ASSOCIATED WITH JOURNALISTIC WORK AND TO DEVELOP SKILLS FOR MAINTAINING WELLBEING AND RESILIENCE. 3. FACILITATING ACCESS TO EMOTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES, INCLUDING SUPPORT PROVIDED THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH ESTABLISHED MENTAL HEALTH CHARITIES. 4. CREATING SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEER SUPPORT AMONG JOURNALISTS EXPERIENCING OCCUPATIONAL STRESS, TRAUMA OR MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES.
