THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY OUT OF THE INCOME A SUM NOT EXCEEDING ú95 IN RELIEVING POVERTY AMONG DISCHARGED PRISONERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT. SUBJECT THERETO, THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY THE RESIDUE OF THE YEARLY INCOME AS FOLLOWS:(A) ONE HALF THEREOF TO POOR CLERGYMEN OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND (B) THE OTHER HALF THEROF TO WIDOWS OF CLERGYMEN OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO ARE COMMUNICANT OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, OR IF NOT REQUIRED THE SAME TO POOR CLERGYMEN OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
