SUBJECT THERETO, THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY THE RESIDUE OF THE YEARLY INCOME AS FOLLOWS:(A) ONE HALF THEREOF TO POOR CLERGYMEN OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND (B) THE OTHER HALF THEROF TO WIDOWS OF CLERGYMEN OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO ARE COMMUNICANT OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, OR IF NOT REQUIRED THE SAME TO POOR CLERGYMEN OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
