PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF SHEFFORD; 2) THE RESIDUE OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SHEFFORD AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
