IN SO FAR AS THE SAID TRUSTEES CANNOT USEFULLY APPLY THE SAID MOIETY IN MANNER AFORESAID, THEY MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF ANY PERSONS RESIDENT AS AFORESAID, BEING UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS, ON ENTERING UPON, OR TO ENABLE THEM TO PREPARE FOR, A TRADE, OCCUPATION, OR SERVICE, BY OUTFITS, PAYMENT OF FEES FOR INSTRUCTION, PAYMENT OF TRAVELLING EXPENSES, OR OTHERWISE, OR BY SUCH OTHER MEANS FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE, OR TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR OWN LIVING, AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE POOR - THE TRUSTEES OF THE UNITED CHARITIES SHALL APPLY THE OTHER OF THE SAID MOIETIES FOR THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
