(B) BEFRIEND AND TEMPORARILY RELIEVE NATIVES OF OR RESIDENTS IN KENT OR THEIR DEPENDENT RELATIVES WHO ARE IN DISTRESS THROUGH POVERTY. (C) SUBSCRIBE TO OR ASSIST OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CONNECTED WITH KENT.
