2 Objects2.1 The Charity's objects are restricted specifically, in each case, only for the public benefit to:(a) The advancement of community development for the public benefit through the promotion of volunteering. (b) the advancement of education and training including (but without limitation) of persons who, due to their social or economic circumstances or otherwise, are in need and unable to gain employment in the United Kingdom.2.2 Nothing in these Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with any statutory provision regarding the meaning of the word "charitable" or the words "charitable purposes" in force in any part of the United Kingdom including (without limitation) an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
