IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT BUT NOT OTHERWISE: (A) TO RAISE FUNDS BY OBTAINING, COLLECTING AND RECEIVING MONEY AND FUNDS BY WAY O CONTRIBUTIONS, DONATIONS, AFFILIATION FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS, LEGACIES AND OTHER LAWFUL METHOD AND ACCEPT AND RECEIVE GIFTS OF PROPERTY OF ANY DESCRIPTION. (B) TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER LAWFUL THINGS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO FURTHER THE OBJECTS OF THE BAND.
