TO PRESERVE, PROTECT, DEVELOP AND IMPROVE BUILDINGS OF HISTORIC OR ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.3. TO FOSTER AND STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN ITS HISTORY AND HERITAGE.4.
