About

It is a great honour to serve Maria Fidelis as headteacher and I feel privileged to have given the responsibility of leading this wonderful school. Our core purpose is to provide academic excellence and success for all students within a Catholic FCJ community, and I am determined that the school builds on its strong legacy and continues to flourish.

At Maria Fidelis, we have uncompromisingly high expectations for all students in terms of attitudes to learning, effort, behaviour and standards of uniform. Our ethos is based on the FCJ values of dignity, companionship, hope, excellence, justice and gentleness, and these underpin the way we treat each other and ourselves.

Students here learn in an environment which has good discipline and is supportive; we pay particular attention to attendance and punctuality, both of which are vital to class discipline and effective learning.

We are very fortunate to have such committed staff, who have the highest aspirations for our students and we work closely with parents as we strive for continued success for all of our students.
