About

iWritten by WhatSchool from official school data (Get Information about Schools, DfE and Ofsted).

A Welcome from Our Head at George Spicer Primary School we value our pupils as individuals and endeavour to support them to reach their full potential. Our community is supportive of our efforts to give our children the very best education, which we do through our core values; Determination, Resilience, Equality, Respect, Responsibility and Kindness.

We recognise that everyone has an important part to play in children's development and that all contributions no matter how big or small are valued. We therefore seek to work in close partnership with parents and other professionals at all times.

We pride ourselves on being a Gold Rights Respecting School and our pupils learn in a caring, secure and nurturing environment, where all children feel valued and can develop physically, socially, intellectually and emotionally.

We are committed to providing a supportive learning environment where every child is guided and encouraged to become a confident, independent learner; fulfilling their potential in all areas of their learning. We expect children to fail but also to embrace that failure as a step on the path to mastery and excellence.
