About

A very warm welcome to Ellingham Primary School I am incredibly proud and privileged to have joined the vibrant, caring and inclusive school community that is Ellingham Primary School.

We are a school with a family feel nestled in the heart of Chessington, and our vision is clear: we want children to feel valued and celebrated, to build confidence and independence, and to experience success. This vision is at the heart of everything that we do. We nurture happy, resilient learners who are confident in themselves and curious about the world around them.

They see themselves in our rich, inclusive curriculum, but also flourish in the strong partnerships we build with our families and local community. In this way, our children feel both their uniqueness and their belonging. We are proud of our strong academic outcomes, which are a testament to our high expectations, skilled teaching and the hard work of our pupils.

But furthermore, we prepare children for life beyond the classroom, encouraging them to be compassionate and responsible, ready to embrace the challenges of their generation and thrive as global citizens. At Ellingham Primary, it is our belief that strong roots create flourishing futures.
