About

iWritten by WhatSchool from official school data (Get Information about Schools, DfE and Ofsted).

Welcome from the Headteacher Welcome to our small school with a big heart! We are a Church of England school, and part of the Southwark Diocese Board of Education. At St John's we are led by the love of Jesus which shines through all we do, allowing our children to live life in all its fullness (John 10:10).

We aspire to be the first choice of your child's learning journey within the local community. We are passionate about our children's development, learning and emotional wellbeing. We set high expectations of our children and, through quality first teaching and support, we help them to be happy, resilient, and confident to equip them to achieve their full potential.

I am proud that we are inclusive, and the uniqueness of every child is recognised and celebrated. Through our creative curriculum, we prepare our children for the daily challenges of life, encouraging our children to become courageous advocates of the future, and responsible citizens of the world.

Nurtured by the love of Christ, and their understanding of Christian values, we believe that through hard work and inspirational teaching, pupils will achieve their goals, and become positive contributors to society. Through our partnerships with St John's Church, local community and dedicated staff, our children confidently go on to flourish.
