About

Were pleased to announce that from September 2026, Hampton and Hampton Prep will become an all-through School, providing an exceptional education for boys aged 7 to 18. Our Pre-Prep will continue to provide boys and girls aged 3 7 with a joyful and nurturing start to their education. An independent day school for boys aged 11-18, renowned for academic and all-round excellence.

For over 450 years, Hampton has been helping boys to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations. The holy trinity of academic rigour, sporting prowess and co-curricular achievements.

They would be justified in shouting their achievements from the roof tops - there is currently a real energy about the School of Leavers headed to Russell Group universities or equivalent last year in the most recent ISI (Independent Schools Inspectorate) report Hampton was awarded the highest judgement possible in each individual category.

The quality of pupils' achievements in academic and co-curricular areas is exceptional and the contribution of arrangements for pastoral care excellent. teachers display expert subject knowledge which is used to inspire and guide pupils. Many lessons have a real sense of scholarly collaboration between teachers and pupils, based on mutual respect and a shared love of learning.
