A warm welcome to St Andrew's Primary ... As Headteacher of St Andrew's Church of England Primary School, I am very proud of everything we do at our school to ensure our children achieve our vision of ' Letting our light shine' . This applies to everyone within our school community.
We are committed to developing the whole child, that is, supporting our children to progress both academically and socially to be prepared for the world in which they live. This work is underpinned by our school's Christian core values which our school community recently contributed to its formulation of: courage, respect and kindness.
We are currently reviewing our school vision statement to include the Christian values we feel help us to fulfill our vision. Our staff are high performing professionals who go above and beyond expectations to make a difference to our children's lives. Together we create a happy, secure, inspiring and purposeful environment.
We provide children with the skills, knowledge, resilience, enthusiasm, optimism and life skills which will equip them to lead a rewarding and happy life and help them to achieve their aspirations.
