About

Inspire, Achieve and Grow Together As One Family Welcome to Christ Church CofE Primary School, Pennington for Christ Church CE Primary School, Leigh . It is a privilege for me to be the Headteacher of such a wonderful school. Visitors regularly comment on the warm welcome that they receive from this very special community that has at its heart a deeply caring ethos.

We are committed to providing the best possible learning environment at Christ Church to ensure that the achievement of every single child matches their potential. We are blessed with excellent staff who are dedicated and enthusiastic and a very supportive team of governors who give up their time voluntarily to guide and challenge the school.

As an inclusive church community, we promote a set of Christian values that are enduring and seek not only to achieve excellence intellectually, but also personally. At Christ Church we strive to nurture our students in order that they may become caring, compassionate human beings ready to make a positive contribution to the wider community when they leave our care.
