About

Welcome to the Castle Hill Primary School website. We are a friendly school that serves the children of Todmorden, from nursery to year six and we have our own wraparound care that opens at 7 am and closes at 5:30pm! I was fortunate to become Headteacher at Castle Hill in January 2024. It is a real pleasure to work here.

The school has a wonderful ethos which comes from the way our children and staff relate to each other and our parents who support us very well. It is a wonderful place to be the headteacher! The school is situated in Todmorden, a friendly town on the border of West Yorkshire and Lancashire, which is nestled in the Pennine countryside.

It is a real asset to the school, and we use it where we can, including our annual hike to the pike!
