About

Christ Church Pellon C of E VC Primary School Our Vision for Christ Church (Pellon) School is ' Soaring High, Together We Shine' . Our vision is centered on f aith – faith in God, in each child, and in everyone associated with our school community. This is lived out in our core values: Friendship, Compassion, Justice, Perseverance, Forgiveness and Thankfulness.

Within our school, we aim for every child to feel welcome and for every person to know that they are special and can achieve. Our vision empowers our children and staff to flourish, to explore and develop their spirituality, and ultimately, to achieve their full potential. In doing so, our children will discover that they are soaring high, shining bright together.

Our guiding story is the golden thread running through the Bible – that everyone is special to God, and that he has plans for each one beyond our dreams. This is shown in particular in the story of Joseph, who no one thought would achieve, but ended up in the most important role in the land.
