It serves a vibrant multi-ethnic community, approximately half a mile from the centre of Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We are an Infant and Nursery school with a Christian foundation and also celebrate the Muslim faith.
Christian values are apparent in the school's daily life and are demonstrated through positive relationships across the entire school community. The original school building was built in Victorian times but has had several extensions added to it as the school population grew in numbers.
We have two large fields at the back of the school which we are developing into exciting learning environments. Our school is 3 form entry. The age profile of the school is from 2-7 years. At this setting two year olds can attend for 5 morning sessions a week to access Two Year Old Provision on the school site.
