Pool CE Primary is a Church of England Voluntary Controlled primary school located in the beautiful rural village of Pool-in-Wharfedale. As a smaller, one-form entry school, we pride ourselves on being a close-knit, welcoming community where every pupil is known, valued and supported to flourish.
At Pool CE Primary, our vision Everything is possible for one who believes (Mark 9:23) is the foundation of everything we do. We strive to nurture perseverance, respect, compassion and wisdom in all our pupils. These values underpin our commitment to creating a caring environment where every child can dream big and become the best version of themselves.
We work closely with St Wilfrid's Anglican Church and Pool Methodist Church, both just a short walk from school, strengthening our Christian ethos and community links. Together, we foster an environment where pupils learn to live well together and celebrate the diversity of our wider community.
