About

Welcome to East Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (East SILC) – an amazing school community and one of the largest providers of specialist educational support in the north of England. We believe that all children and young people are unique and deserve the necessary support to meet their individual needs and unlock their potential.

East SILC are committed to delivering 'exceptional education for exceptional lives' across our schools and through the important supporting roles we play in the wider community. "We simply cannot praise the staff at East SILC enough; the commitment they have shown towards helping our daughter Chloe fulfil her potential is phenomenal. Thank you!"

The East SILC has three main sites, John Jamieson , Jack Clark and Roger Cannon , which serve pupils from the ages of 2 up to 19. We also have two partnerships , one with a local mainstream school – Temple Moor High School and a Post-16 partnership at the Bridge Community Church .

The East SILC delivers the Medical Needs Teaching Service for Leeds City Council and also the Physical Difficulty and Medical Service . Our partnerships Medical Needs Teaching Service PD & Medical Service
