About

It is a pleasure and a privilege to welcome you to the Federation of Crigglestone and The Castle Nursery Schools. As you explore our website, I invite you to discover what makes our nurseries such inspiring places for young children to begin their learning journey.

Across our federation, we are incredibly proud of our nurturing, vibrant school communities—places where curiosity is encouraged, individuality is celebrated and a love of learning grows each day. We believe that strong partnerships with parents, carers, governors and our wider community are essential, and we value the role everyone plays in shaping the success of our schools.

We provide high-quality education for children aged two to five, offering learning experiences that spark awe, wonder and imagination. Every child arrives with their own unique story and a natural enthusiasm to explore the world around them.

Our role is to build upon these early experiences, guiding children as they grow into confident, capable learners ready for the next stage of their education.
