From the uniform policy

i

We have a school dress code which encourages the wearing of a ‘uniform’ by all of our children.
We are proud of our identity, which has contributed towards achieving a positive school ethos and high standards of behaviour.
Our basic school uniform consists of:
Bordeaux coloured sweatshirt/cardigan (available from Logos Unlimited);
White polo shirt;
Black or grey trousers for boys (optional for girls);
Black or grey skirt/pinafore dress for girls or a red checked gingham summer dress for the warmer months;
Plain black (sensible) shoes (these can be trainers but black with no coloured markings)
Black shorts, leggings or jogging bottoms
Plain white t-shirt or white polo shirt
A pair of trainers that are safe and suitable to wear for physical education lessons (no jewellery to be worn)
You can purchase your child s sweatshirt/cardigan directly from the shop at:

Uniform costs

DfE statutory guidance asks schools to keep uniform costs down, to say clearly what is required and what is optional, and to say where second-hand uniform can be bought.

Ofsted

Ungraded inspectionInspected May 2023. No grade given.

Ofsted carried out an ungraded inspection. These inspections give no grade and no key judgements, so none is shown here. Read the report itself for what inspectors found.

Last graded inspection: Good (18 Sep 2013). Ofsted has not graded the school since; its latest visit, in May 2023, was ungraded.

Inspection history

Date	Outcome
May 2023	Ungraded inspection (no grade given)
18/09/2013	Good
08/11/2010	Outstanding

Ofsted management information, as at 30 September 2026, via WhatSchool: Ofsted may have published a newer report since. Since September 2024 Ofsted no longer gives a single overall grade at new inspections, so a one-word grade, where shown, belongs to the inspection date beside it. Ungraded inspections give no grade and are dated by month only. Inspections from September 2024 to November 2025 grade key judgements; report cards (from November 2025) grade evaluation areas.
