We are a thriving school in the east of Gateshead with a focus on creativity, high expectations and a warm, family feel. At Roman Road, the children and their families are our number one priority. The values that we live and breathe are respect, resilience and responsibility – our culture is one of high expectations and aspirations.
We want our Roman Road children to leave us ready to succeed at the highest levels in secondary school and beyond.
Our Roman Road families and the wider community have an important part to play in our success – we know that working with our community makes a real difference to what happens in school; keep your eyes peeled on Class Dojo for events and activities that you all can get involved with!
