About

We would like to wish you a very warm welcome to Redesdale Primary School. My name is Mrs Tracy Flannaghan and I am very proud to be the Headteacher of Redesdale Primary School. Our priority is that all pupils feel valued as individuals and are active participants in the learning community of Redesdale Primary School to enrich their life skills and experiences.

Redesdale was recognised as a Good' school by OFSTED (February 2023) and we are very proud of our reputation as a warm and welcoming family school. We have high expectations of our children and set challenging yet realistic targets for them.

Every child is encouraged to reach their full potential and we recognise that every child is special and has their own contribution to make. The Staff at Redesdale are dedicated, hardworking and experienced. We provide a safe, calm and caring environment in school and we foster a hardworking ethos based on an enjoyment of learning.

We expect a great deal from our children and they do not disappoint us.
