Redmaids' High is full of incredibly supportive colleagues, and I enjoy coming to work every single day. Our students are a joy to be with. With a heritage dating back to 1634, Redmaids High School recently celebrated 390 years of excellence in girls education. We are also a proud member of the Girls Day School Trust (GDST) family of schools having joined in 2025.
Both educational charities are equally and fiercely committed to the future of girls' education so our inclusion in the GDST family presents significant opportunities to ensure girls can learn without limits. Our school has developed well beyond the imagination of the original founders.
The world-class opportunities in science and technology we now provide could never have been dreamed of all those years ago. Our facilities have blossomed into the very best learning environments, allowing our students to excel not only academically but also in sport, drama, art and music.
The international links we have developed over the years and our thriving alumnae network are an integral part of the school and a hugely valuable asset for all our students.
