When you step into St George's, you step into a community with a strong sense of energy and purpose - and a lot of laughter. It is a community where curiosity thrives, friendships flourish and ambitions are championed. It is my privilege, as the new Head, to lead this exceptional boarding and day school and support our girls to achieve their potential.
I believe that education should shape character, cultivate intellect, and broaden horizons. Our ethos of Confident, Capable and Connected is very much lived. Our girls benefit from small class sizes and expert teaching which challenge them to think deeply and enable them to receive top UK and global university offers.
Every girl is known individually and encouraged to discover her unique strengths, and have the freedom to explore new interests and cultivate lasting talent. Beyond the classroom, our rich co-curricular programme offers an array of possibilities from music and drama to sport, service and the outdoors.
Whether following the day, tailored boarding or full boarding model, all our girls benefit from dedicated and energised staff in an environment equipped with fabulous facilities.
