About

Welcome to Maryport Church of England Primary School Thank you for visiting our website. Maryport Church of England Primary is a happy school where pupils feel safe, secure and enjoy their learning.

Our motto is learn, achieve, shine which we promote with all of our children every day.We are a school at the heart of the local community with strong links to St Mary's Church and many community groups around the town.

During their time at our school, all children will receive an education that will enable them to achieve their academic potential but will also have the opportunity to extend their learning through participation in forest school sessions, the arts, a wide range of sports and residential visits.

I am extremely proud to lead a team of hard-working, motivated professionals who are committed to ensuring each and every child is immersed in an engaging curriculum and a memorable school experience. We have high expectations and through this children develop their confidence and aspirations to learn, achieve and shine .
