We are a small rural school, located not far from the edge of the Lake District National Park and with stunning views across the Solway. We have fantastic facilities with lots of space both indoors and out and we aim to ensure our wonderful outdoor space and the landscape on our doorstep are an integral part of our curriculum.
Being a small school, we thrive on the happy, family and community feel we have nurtured and we hope you feel the same way when you visit! We are a Voluntary Aided Church of England School and we base all that we do on our school vision and the Christian values that we have chosen as a school community.
Our main values are Friendship , Perseverance , Respect , Love , Courage and Generosity and these underpin all that we do in school.
