About

The Links, Belmont, Durham, County Durham, DH1 2AG at Belmont C of E Primary, our vision is for everyone in our Belmont family, to flourish and to learn to live well together with dignity and respect. Inspired by the story of Noah's Ark, our vision is lived out through the three symbols of the rainbow, the ark and the dove.

The rainbow is a reminder of God's promise of love and protection and that he will always be with us. The rainbow reminds us of our rainbow promise to love and care for everyone in our Belmont family and to live well together with dignity and respect. I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the promise between me and the earth.

God sent Noah a rainbow as a sign of his promise of love and protection. We seek to flourish together , in our Belmont family, by providing a place of love, safety (protection) and peace and by living out our rainbow promise. We promise to love and care for everyone in our Belmont family. We promise to be; loving, kind, respectful, honest, peaceful, patient and forgiving.
