Polegate School is a very happy and welcoming school with a staff team that is fantastic, nurturing and inspirational. We want to provide the best learning experience possible. Whilst we are immensely proud of our school we are not complacent as we continually look for ways to improve. We hope this website captures the magic of the school.
Following our recent inspection on 13th and 14th May 2025, we are extremely proud to announce that Polegate Primary School has taken effective action to maintain the standards identified at the previous inspection. Polegate School is situated on the outskirts of the town bordering the Cuckoo Trail to the East.
It is just 4 miles inland from the coastal resort of Eastbourne and 4 miles south of the market town of Hailsham.
