I am incredibly proud and privileged to be Principal of Uckfield College. It is an inspiring place to work, and every day our young people and staff team amaze me with what they achieve and how they support one another.
At Uckfield, students are at the heart of everything that we do. We believe that children are all unique and precious individuals with different talents and aspirations. The expert and caring staff team here are dedicated to providing our young people with an excellent education, and as a result, the best possible start to their lives.
We also place great value on building mutually supportive partnerships with parents/carers - working together in the child's best interests. Our success is very much based on a strong ethos of aspiration, belonging and respect for all.
