About

We are a large infant school, with a maximum of ninety children per year group. Classes are arranged to facilitate the most advantageous learning situations for our children. The teachers and support staff work together in teams planning schemes of work, class activities and agreed methods of assessment and recording.

Throughout the school, children work at their own pace and level of ability and should it be necessary to extend or support children's learning then careful planning ensures that each ability group is catered for. Our vision for the children at Great Bradfords Infant and Nursery School is for every child, regardless of their starting point, to have the opportunity to achieve.

We provide an engaging curriculum that sparks imagination, promotes independent learning and supports children to be the best they can be. Our children are happy and confident learners who face new challenges with enthusiasm. Staff and children are proud to demonstrate our motto: Through challenge, fun and friendship, being the best we can be.
