About

I would like to extend a warm welcome to all children, parents, families, friends and members of the local community who are central to the life of St John the Baptist CEVA Primary School. Our whole school community values the contribution every child brings to our school, which makes our school a happy and harmonious place to learn and work.

Our vision: United we strive for excellence-Together we shine! underpins all we do at St John the Baptist. We are a very small school in the village of Pebmarsh, set in the heart of the Essex countryside, serving the children and parents of Pebmarsh, Alphamstone and Lamarsh. We also have children from Earls Colne, Halstead and Sudbury areas.
