Ashcurch Primary School has been serving the local community in Ashchurch since 1842. The original building is still in use today. As the school has grown, two additional mobile classrooms were added to accommodate children in KS2.
In 2004, a building project took place which saw the extension of the old building to include two KS1 classrooms, a cloakroom, toilet block and group working space. In 2020/2021 the school benefited from a 1m building project to replace 3 Elliott buildings with 3 new classrooms in a permanent build. Ashchurch Playgroup also shares our school site.
Although this is managed separately to the school, we work closely with the playgroup team to ensure a smooth transition for those children who come in to Reception.
