Thrupp is a happy school where children are inspired to achieve the best that they can. Our motto: "Doing Our Best to Be Our Best" is paramount to us.
We have a hard working, dedicated team of staff and Governors where our common goal is to provide the best for all of our children. We want our children to reach their full potential and lead physically and mentally rewarding lives.
We encourage this through providing a creative, broad and balanced curriculum that engages and inspires children and maximises and nurtures strengths. We work with the children to become reflective, self aware and resilient, aware of what they must do to succeed and achieve and to progress beyond their own previous best.
I passionately believe that children should feel safe and respected within school and confident to take risks. We encourage and nurture these attributes by developing our 'Learning Powers' within the school community: Resilient, Relate, Aspire, Curious, Reflect.
