A Warm Welcome from Kirsty Evans, Executive Headteacher Hello and welcome to our federation of three wonderful village schools in the heart of the Forest of Dean. My name is Kirsty Evans, and I am incredibly proud to be the Executive Headteacher of our community. It is with great pleasure that I took up this role in 2023, having been part of the Federation for many years.
I first began my journey here in 1998 as a newly qualified teacher at Blakeney Primary School, and over the years, I've had the privilege of seeing our community grow and thrive. Our Federation is a very special place where each child is celebrated for who they are. Our vision, "All different - all equal," reflects the values we hold dear in all three schools.
We are committed to ensuring that every child "lets their colours shine" and has the support they need to "be the best they can be."
