I am immensely proud to be the Head of a happy, caring and inclusive school, where the children are at the heart of everything we do. Listening to and actively seeking the voice of our children is important to their sense of ownership of the school, while developing their confidence.
Our whole school team work tirelessly to ensure that the children have every opportunity to be the best they can be. Members of staff benefit from regular training and development. I, along with the Deputy, are relentless in our drive for continuous improvement.
We engage in a rigorous cycle of self evaluation to ensure that we provide a high quality education and school experience for all. I am fortunate to work closely with the Full Governing Board who offer support and challenge in equal measure, and who are very involved in all aspects of school life.
