I joined The Croft as Headteacher in April 2016. I am passionate about education in general but specifically ensuring that I can inspire and support the future generation of Painswick. I am very proud to be leading an extremely committed and dedicated team of staff who all have the children's best interests at heart.
During my career in education so far I have worked in a variety of schools across Gloucestershire, small and large, rural and urban. Most recently, I was head teacher of a small, split-site Church primary school near Evesham where I had been in post for almost six years.
I therefore have much experience of different approaches to education which I can draw on to ensure The Croft continually improves on our journey to outstanding.
