About

'Abbeymead is a school for everyone. It is ambitious for every child to experience success.' The observation above was made by an Ofsted inspector visiting Abbeymead and, in our view, it encapsulates everything that we are trying to achieve at the school. Ensuring that each and every child achieves their potential begins with the building of relationships.

When these are positive and respectful, children will feel happy, safe and ready to learn. The relationships between adults and pupils, and between the pupils themselves at Abbeymead, are outstanding and provide the foundation from which all of our children are able to thrive.
