As Headteacher of Poulner Junior School, I am delighted to introduce you to our school. I hope that our website gives you a flavour of our learning, so please enjoy your visit.
It is our aim at Poulner for every child to feel valued and cared for by providing a happy and secure school environment where the focus is on high quality teaching and learning. We have an excellent team of teachers and support staff and together we are very proud of our pupils' achievements. Poulner is a rapidly improving school, where we strive to bring learning to life.
We see Poulner as a community and the relationship between home and school as an important partnership within this community. Throughout their time at Poulner, our children are encouraged to develop high moral and spiritual values, to be tolerant and respect and appreciate the feelings of others.
