About

Through faith, friendship and fun we learn and grow. It is with great pride that I welcome you to Defford-cum-Besford Church of England First School. We are a Church school, with a distinctive Christian character. We aim to provide a strong educational, moral and spiritual framework in which all children can grow, develop and achieve their full potential.

Our website is an important platform, allowing us to share our school with you as well as provide all the latest statutory guidance required by the government. We hope that our website will give you an insight into what a wonderful school we are. Thank you to all parents and grandparents for coming to play in Willow on Thursday!

We had a fun packed hour and it was so lovely to see the children confidently showing their space to their families! Defford-cum-Besford CE First School Hill View Defford Worcestershire WR8 9BH
