About

Be Happy : Show Respect : Seek Success It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to Harvey Road Primary School. At Harvey Road, we pride ourselves in collectively striving for excellence and enjoyment in all areas of school life.

We have a strong tradition of celebrating personal, team and whole-school achievement while maintaining a broad and balanced curriculum that caters for everyone in our community. Harvey Road is a community co-education school and admits children aged between 4 and 11 years old. At Harvey Road we also have a Nursery.

We encourage all of our pupils to achieve to the best of their ability, expand their horizons, be thoughtful and considerate towards others and to value and understand our wider environment. Harvey Road works hard to nurture independence in our pupils and to prepare them for their varied roles in society.

We have a highly motivated and skilled staff and a very active Governing Board who support the school's drive for excellence. Our thriving Parents Association likewise takes an active part in the life of our school through supporting teachers and children as well as organising many fund-raising events every year.
