About

Thank you for your interest in Tanners Wood School- we hope you find our website informative and useful. We believe in placing our pupils at the centre of everything we do and valuing every child for their individual skills and talents.

Our motto, `Be the Best You Can , succinctly captures what we stand for in ensuring that our pupils feel safe and happy, and are encouraged to achieve the very best they can in their learning, social and emotional development. At Tanners Wood we expect our children to be accepting of others, to make good moral choices and be active members of the school and wider community.

Success and effort is celebrated and acknowledged, so that everyone takes pride in what they accomplish. We value the contribution that parents make to their children's learning and the school and we welcome helpful feedback and contributions. We have a strong team of staff and governors who are committed to the school and working with you.
