Our Pre-Prep in Action and Prep in Action events are a great way to visit the College, and see us on a typical school day. They provide the opportunity to tour the school, see lessons in action, and speak with key members of our staff. Capacity is limited for these events so booking via the link below is essential.

Welcome to Bishop's Stortford College – a rather wonderful, hard working, well grounded, highly successful and welcoming community. In our increasingly complex world, we offer an environment that is inclusive, caring, and kind, and supports pupils to achieve great things academically, in sport, and in the performing arts. We do not look like most schools of our type.

We do indeed have the huge campus with wonderful facilities and manicured pitches. We have our Pre-Prep, Prep School, Senior School, and Sixth Form all on one site. We have the academic track–record, which is already first-rate and is aiming ever higher. But we are different in some important ways.
