White Gap Road, Little Weighton, East Yorkshire HU20 3XE I'm a Foundation Governor for the Church of England on the governing body, being Churchwarden at St Peter's Rowley our Parish Church. I have worked in financial administration and in a Government Inspectorate role, giving me skills in monitoring and evaluation.
I have a lifelong knowledge of the local community and regularly go in to school as part of the Open The Book team. Miss J. Tharratt - EYRC Co-opted Governor (Vice Chair) I am a coopted governor who has had thirty years experience in early years. I have worked for the private sector and the local authority, including five years working in the foundation unit at this school.
I have three children and have recently become a grandparent. I also live in a village and think it is very important that we keep our village schools. I believe in the value of local community and think this school forms an integral part of this.
I am a relatively new governor and I am looking forward to my new role and using my skills and knowledge that I have acquired over the years to help to support this school.
